D'Vorah Dance Arts (DDA), founded in 2023 by choreographer Diana Mighdoll Hoffmaster, is a collaborative contemporary dance platform for innovative creation that explores the hidden terrain of our inner lives. DDA’s mission is to inspire creative exploration, nurture self-discovery, and promote expressive movement as a vital pathway to meaningful engagement; bringing deeply felt, often unspoken emotions into embodied form and reaching beyond the two-dimensional plane to draw forth deeper knowledge and understanding of ourselves. DDA is dedicated to developing socially conscious works that connect personal stories to broader cultural narratives. Through dance, we seek to embody memory and transformation and foster a sense of shared experience.
